Our agency founder, Mr Ho Teck Lim had more than 28 years of experience in real estate business and he has dealt in all kind of projects as well as sub sale properties; be it residential, commercial as well as industrial properties. He holds a Diploma in Marketing and Diploma in Estate Agency. He was registered as a licensed Real Estate Agent in December 2004. [ E1835 ] In year 2018 Mr Ho obtained his Authority to Practice as a Licensed Property Manager by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Manager Malaysia [PM 1324].
Our Mission
Apart from working closely with property developer, we are also working very closely with various body corporate of various sizes as well as retail chain stores, we are there to assist them to look out for property of various locations for their new outlets/branches. On the contrary, by having corporate clients in hand, we are helping property owners to lease out their property to existing clienteles in hand.
